High-performance textile coatings

Ceramicare Textile Protection can effectively protect almost all types of textiles from water, dirt and staining. Appearance, color fastness and haptics are not affected in any way. The textile is easy to care for and remains breathable. Damage caused by discoloration, staining caused by watery and oily dirt is a thing of the past. The high- performance particles are very stable and work for up to 24 months! This water-repellent high-performance coating effectively protects nearly all types of textiles from water, dirt and stain formation. It provides transparent, invisible and breathable protection with a long lifetime. Washing up to 50 times at 30° (always according to the product) is perfectly possible!

Preparation: The textile must be thoroughly cleaned before sealing to remove all dirt, care and impregnating agents. After cleaning, the textile must fully dry. Application: The surface needs to be wetted all over to form a thin, even wet film on the textile. Rub the product into the textile and then let it dry. Temporary darkening may occur always according to the coating thickness. Textiles can be treated by dipping or spraying. Dipping the yarn or fabric web into an immersion bath is also possible. You can obtain exceptional result with low amounts. The consumption depends on the absorbing capacity of the fiber.

Curing time: The product releases its effects after full curing in the air. Curing can also be carried out using a fan heater, if the textile is suitable for it. Thermal curing increases the effectiveness.

Lifetime:
Always according to the textile fiber, purpose of use and stress up to 24 months or max. 50 washing cycles at 30°C

Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C. Storage temperature: +10°C to +25°C. Consumption: 80 to 140 ml per
m2 (always according to the type of textile).

Weatherproof after:
2 to 3 hours at +20°C.

Fully cured after: 24 hours.

Storage and shelf life: At least 12 months at ambient temperature in tightly sealed original container.

Accessories: Textil Cleaner, leather or interior brush.
