Caroser Heavy Cut Polish 1000 ML

Caroser Heavy Cut Polish is a new, Silicone-oil and Fillers Free; innovative Professional Compound for quick treatment of highly weathered paints and the removal of deep scratches. The polish effectively removes paint haze and polished surfaces up to 1,200 grit size. The very even abrasive grit of Caroser Heavy Cut Polish creates a perfect high cut with a very high gloss grade. With Caroser Heavy Cut Polish, polishing creates minimum dust and spray, so polishing can be extremely long without burning-in the polish. Caroser Heavy Cut Polish can be easily wiped off with a Microfiber Cloth PP and is ideal for all types of paint, soft as well as scratchproof.

Application: Apply Caroser Heavy Cut Polish evenly on the area to be treated and polish it using a rotary polisher with a Total Detail Polishing Pelt Hard (with grinding finish 1,200 – 2,500) or Total Detail Polishing Pad Hard (with grinding finish 2,500 – 5,000) crosswise at a medium rotation speed and medium pressure polish. With an eccentric polisher use Total Detail Polishing Pad Hard. To remove polish residues, use a microfiber cloth – a Total Detail Microfiber cloth PP. An optimum surface will be obtained by repolishing with Caroser Medium Cut Polish and Fine Cut Polish. Caution: Do not apply the product in direct sunlight and do not let it dry! Warning: Shake well before use! Check for suitability and compatibility before use. Do not apply on hot surfaces and protect from excessive high and freezing temperatures. Application temperature: +10°C to +40°C. Storage temperature: +5°C to 25°C. Consumption: 5 to 10 ml per m2. Storage and shelf life: At least 12 months at ambient temperature in tightly sealed original container. Accessories: Total Detail Polishing Pad Hard, Polishing Pelt Hard and Microfiber Cloth PP.
